Please have payment, notarized paperwork, and sign up completed and postmarked 7 days before the start of the associated camp.

* If the required information is not received 7 days before the start of camp, a spot at camp, and stock for requested events cannot be guaranteed.

How to sign up:

We have updated how to sign up for camp. We have integrated our paperwork into DocuSign to help make the process easier to complete.

By using DocuSign we are able to have parents sign and return their paperwork with ease.

Payment can be completed through DocuSign if you choose, there is a 3%+ 30 cent added fee for this.

Please ensure you are ready to complete the paperwork needed when getting onto DocuSign, do not leave documents without finishing. If you need to leave the document, please utilize the finish later button. If you do not save later, multiple documents get sent to us that are incomplete.

Step 1: Click the button to the right titled DocuSign Sign up forms to use the self-service portal for DocuSign. When DocuSign asks for a name and email, please indicate your name (parent), this will be used when creating your signature for the documents.

Follow the prompts given by DocuSign. Note that there is a document that will need to be notarized and brought to camp or placed in the mail. This can be located and printed from the Notary Form button to the right.
Step 2: Send the notarized form and payment (if you didn’t pay through DocuSign) to SEIRBC at 813 Jefferson Ave Pocatello, Idaho 83201

Step 3: Prepare for camp. See the come prepared for camp tab to see a list of items to bring.

Step 4: Please ensure that a parent and camper review camp policies together.

If you are not able to use DocuSign and would like to mail us the application, please use the button for Printable Camper Application. This includes all documents needed for application.
