Camp Policies

  • Campers are required to stay in their cabins from lights out until morning wake up call. 

  • No sneaking out is permitted. If a camper is caught sneaking out, parents will be called and the camper will be sent home without refund.

  • Campers are expected to be prompt to all meals, clinics, and scheduled activities.

  • Campers are required to attend all scheduled operations. 

  • Girls are not allowed in the boys cabins, and boys are not allowed in the girls cabins.

  • Campers are responsible for their own belongings and money.

  • If a camper defaces camp or county property, they will be responsible for the damages.

  • We encourage Christ honoring relationships. No physical contact is permitted at camp.

  • Injury or illness needs to be reported immediately.

  • No tobacco, alcohol, swearing, or illegal drugs are allowed at camp.

  • Campers are expected to support other campers in their events and activities.

  • Campers who are not rough stock riders are not allowed to be behind the chutes at any time during camp.

  • The Robo Bull/Bronc is only operated by a rough stock instructor. Only campers who have signed up for a rough stock event are allowed to ride Robo Bull/Bronc.

  • It is expected that campers will dress appropriately for associated activities. Dress code will be enforced. No tank tops. If shorts or shirts are found to be too short, the camper will be asked to change. Full western attire is required for the rodeo at the end of camp.


    Violations of any of these policies may disqualify the camper from receiving awards.
