Bull Fighting Instructor
Hi everyone my name is Kaleb Mower, I am excited to be your bullfighting instructor this year! I am 19 years old I have been fighting bulls at the war bonnet for 4 years in a row now. I am now fighting at pro shows as well as state fairs in Idaho,Utah,and Wyoming, Nevada, Washington, Texas. I have had many wrecks and saves and am excited to share my knowledge in cowboy protection and freestyle bull fighting. This will be my third year instructing at SEIRBC and I am honored to help build the foundation for the next generation of this sport. Bull fighters are the cowboy angels in the arena. Ever since River started riding bulls, Rodeo Bible Camp has been a part of his life. River brings to the table a colorful and accomplished bull riding resume including; Idaho state champion bull rider, top 10 finish at the NHSRA, 6 years of experience in the Professional Bull Riding (PBR) including 4 event wins, and several years experience braiding custom bull ropes. River also runs his own cattle company in which he raises and trains futurity and derby bucking bulls. He is very excited to share his knowledge and help campers develop the tools they need to be successful in the sport of bull riding and in their relationship with the lord.

Barrel Racing and Pole Bending Instructor
Randi McNee
I grew up on a ranch in Afton Wyoming, graduated from star Valley high school went to college and got my bachelors degree in elementary education. I’ve been teaching for 13 years. I’ve been riding horses since I was born basically started barrel racing and pole bending when I was probably 4 or 5. I competed in high school rodeo and college rodeo. I’ve won numerous barrel races, and breakaway jackpots. I was able to fill my wpra permit and get wpra card this last year and look forward to running in some of the bigger pro rodeos this summer.
I have faith in God and his plans for me as He guide us through this life.

Horsemanship Instructor
Shelby Von Busch-Ehlers
From receiving her first horse at the age of ten to being the owner of her own horse training business, Broken Rail Horsemanship, Shelby Ehlers has lived and breathed horses for most of her life. Shelby grew up competing in horse 4-H, winning multiple awards in riding and showmanship. She attended Rodeo Bible Camp in Downey in high-school. She has had the opportunity to study under Steve Larson and Patrick Wyse, utilizing methods of the Basic Handle horsemanship method and Monte Foreman to help give horses and their riders’ solid foundations. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with a Technical Certificate in Equine Studies. She has also had the opportunity to work in the draft horse industry in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the largest draft horse operation in the west, Double H Bar. She currently works as a CVT and Practice Manager at Rupert Animal Clinic and owns three riding horses and two Belgian draft horses. Shelby is actively involved in her church, Trinity Lutheran Church in Rupert Idaho, where she and her husband serve on the music worship team, audio/visual team, and other behind the scenes ministries. She is excited to see the Lord’s work in the congregation and the surrounding community. As a pastor’s kid, she loves being involved in all different aspects of work among the Body of Christ and is eager to encourage campers in their walk with the Lord and pass along her horsemanship knowledge to the riders at Rodeo Bible Camp.
